Preferred Offices Opening in Reston Town Center

Reston, VA - Preferred Offices held a gala Grand Opening at is newest location in Reston Town Center on June 5th. Located at 1818 Library Street, Preferred Offices provides full-time and part-time or "virtual" office solutions to address the needs of growing businesses. They have been open less than a month and now have 30 clients using the new Reston location.

The ribbon was cut by local dignitaries Robert E. Simon, Jr., Hunter Mill Supervisor Cathy Hudgins, Oliver T. Carr, founder of Preferred Offices, Greater Reston Chamber Board Chairman, Mark Looney, and Angie O'Grady, Preferred Offices COO. Over 200 local business and civic leaders attended.

"We feel so welcomed by the Reston community," said Oliver T. Carr, patriarch of the Carr Real Estate dynasty and founder of Preferred Offices. "The founding principles for Preferred Offices are "People, Places, and Community". Preferred Offices is much more than a 26,000 square foot enterprise located in the Reston Town Center. Our corporate culture is all about community - being involved, joining the Chamber, and supporting our local community groups."

Started locally by Oliver Carr, Preferred Offices has grown from a single ten office Center at the Willard in 2003 to approximately 750 offices in nine Center locations five years later. Preferred Offices Reston location includes 91 offices and three meeting rooms. It represents Preferred Offices' ninth DC metro area location.

Preferred Offices Five-Star Service Commitment

Preferred Offices' employees regularly attend classes on how to consistently deliver a Five-Star Service experience to its Member companies. Centers are "mystery shopped" and customer service report cards are provided to management to determine quarterly incentives. In this manner, Preferred Offices ensures that a memorable customer service experience is delivered on a consistent basis.

Program and contract terms are flexible; nearly 20% of Preferred Offices' programs are customized according to their client's specifications in order to address their specific business requirements.
