What color size and shape is your building?

Preferred Offices has two Centers located near the Willard Hotel. Suite 100 is located on the first floor patio level known as Fountain Plaza. Suite 400 is located in the 12-story office building to the immediate left of Suite 100.

Does your building have any distinguishing characteristics?

Outside of the Willard Office Building there is a fountain, a florist and The Occidental Restaurant. The entrance to the office building is perpendicular to F Street (i.e., it does not face the street; you must enter a walkway off of F Street and the entrance is on your right.)

What is across the street?

On the corner of 15th and F Street is the Washington DC Economic Partnership.

What is next door on each side?

The Hotel Washington is adjacent to the Willard Office Building (west side). The Willard Hotel sits to the east of the Willard Office building entrance. Preferred Offices (Suite 100) is located on Fountain Plaza which is a patio/courtyard. Both Suite 100 and The Occidental Restaurant are to the right of the Willard Office Building. There is also a florist in the patio/courtyard area.

How do you get to your building from major highways/streets in the area?

Northbound 1-395 to Washington cross 14th St. Bridge into DC, follow 14th past Washington Monument, Left at Penn. Ave. and the hotel is on immediate right.

Southbound I-95 to Connecticut Ave. exit 33, left onto H St., Right on 14th, proceed through three traffic lights, the hotel on immediate right.

Ronald Reagan National Airport is the closest airport. It is four miles from the Willard.
