Preferred Offices state-of-the art meeting and conference rooms are available by the hour or day.
Room sizes vary and can accommodate 2 to 25 people including private offices (2 to 3 people), meeting rooms (4 to 15 people), and executive conference rooms (15 to 25 people). Various set ups are available including boardroom, theatre, hollow square, U-shaped and classroom style. Rooms are equipped with white boards, screen and free Internet access.
Preferred Offices' meeting room rates and other related charges are typically half the cost of what a hotel would charge for a comparable meeting room and related services. The chart below compares estimated charges and policies for a one-day meeting for 25 people:
